The sale starts at 10:00 AM AEST on Monday 1 June 2026 and ends at 10:00 PM AEST on Tuesday 30 June 2026. There will be no extension.

No. The EOFY Sale is up to 25% off selected products. Discount tiers vary by product, and some products are held at standard pricing during the sale.

No. Discounts are applied automatically when you view the product and at checkout.

A small number of products are held at standard pricing during the EOFY window. If your item is showing its usual price on the product page, that product isn’t part of this sale.

Discount tiers are set at SKU level based on our commercial settings for this sale. The “up to 25% off” claim reflects the maximum discount available — most of our items will be discounted, at varying tiers.

The EOFY Sale (1–30 June) is our main sale of up to 25% off across selected products. The Last of Stock Clearance is a separate 50% off sale run on a limited list of products we are clearing up as part of our warehouse relocation. Clearance items are clearly labelled and are sold on a final-sale basis. See special notes for more information.

Yes — EOFY main sale items follow our standard returns policy.

No. All Last of Stock clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Your standard wholesale discount of 12.5% remains available. However, where EOFY sale pricing offers a greater discount, you’re welcome to take advantage of the lower sale price. EOFY sale pricing is available to all customers from 1 June to 30 June 2026 and will apply wherever it provides the better value. Please contact your Biogone sales representative for any questions about your account.

No. Only one offer applies per order. EOFY discounts cannot be stacked with other codes, vouchers, wholesale discounts, bundle pricing, or other promotions.

All sale items are available while stocks last. We may not restock during the sale window. If a product is sold out, please check back or contact us — we can let you know if it’s expected back after the sale.

The EOFY discount applies automatically — there’s no code needed. If you’re seeing the standard price at checkout, it likely means the item is either (a) held at standard pricing during this sale, (b) part of a bundle (bundles are already discounted), or (c) the cart wasn’t refreshed after the sale launched.

Some of our cartons are held at standard pricing during this sale while their single-roll equivalents are discounted. The single-roll formats are sized for everyday household use, which is why they’re part of the EOFY consumer sale. EOFY Sale 2026 — Terms & Conditions

PART A — SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Sale period
  • EOFY Sale runs from 10:00 AM AEST, Monday 1 June 2026 to 10:00 PM AEST, Tuesday 30 June 2026.
  • The sale ends at 10:00 PM AEST on 30 June 2026. No extensions offered this year.
  1. Pricing
  • Discounts are up to 25% off selected products and are applied automatically at the product page and at checkout.
  • No discount code is required.
  • Discount tiers vary by product. A product may sit in any of the following tiers, set at Biogone’s discretion: 25% off, 20% off, 15% off, or standard price held (no discount).
  • The discounted price replaces the standard retail price for the duration of the sale window. Standard pricing resumes from 10:01 PM AEST, 30 June 2026.
  1. What’s included
  • Selected products across the Biogone range, including selected items from Dog Waste Bags, Bin Liners, Kitchen & Food, Resealable Bags, Mailing Satchels, Packaging & Shipping, Gloves, and Dry Cleaning.
  1. What’s excluded
  • A small group of products held at standard pricing. Some products are not on sale during the EOFY window. These products will show their standard price on the product page and at checkout.
  1. Last of Stock Clearance — 50% off (separate provisions)
  • A separate Last of Stock clearance sale runs, offering 50% off a limited list of products we are clearing as part of our warehouse relocation till 30 June 2026.
  • Items in the clearance are clearly labelled.
  • All Last of Stock clearance items are sold on a final-sale basis. They cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please see special notes for more information.
  • Available while stocks last. Once an item is sold out it will not be restocked.
  1. Wholesale accounts
  • The standard wholesale 12.5% standing discount is still available to you, but if a product has a higher discount while the EOFY sale runs from 1 June to 30 June 2026, you’re welcome to take advantage of the discounted pricing! During this window, EOFY sale pricing applies uniformly to all our customers.
  1. Stock availability
  • All sale and clearance items are sold while stocks last.
  • If a product is sold out, it will be marked as such on the website. Orders cannot be placed for sold-out items.
  1. Returns and exchanges
  • Returns and exchanges on EOFY main sale items follow Biogone’s standard returns policy. See the Returns Policy page for full conditions.
  • Last of Stock clearance items (50% off) are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

    Special notes:
    • Products made with post-consumer recycled (PCR) materials: Items manufactured using post-consumer recycled content may have different performance characteristics compared to virgin-material equivalents. For example, our machine stretch wrap made with PCR content has a lower tensile strength than standard virgin film. If using this product with a machine wrapper, we recommend setting the tension at a lower level, as excessive tension may cause tearing and affect performance.
    • Clearance sale on ½ price: Some clearance items have been held in our warehouse for an extended period, which is one of the reasons they are being offered at significantly reduced prices as we prepare for our site transition. While these products remain functional and suitable for their intended purpose, they may not be in pristine condition, and some performance characteristics may be affected due to age. Rest assured, we will not dispatch any product that is unfit for its intended use.
  1. Shipping
  • Standard Biogone shipping rates and timeframes apply for the duration of the sale. See the Shipping page for full information.
  1. Combining offers
  • Only one offer applies per order. EOFY discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes, vouchers, wholesale discounts, bundles, or any other discount or offer unless explicitly stated by Biogone.
  • Existing customer-specific contracted pricing is not affected by the EOFY Sale unless agreed with the customer’s Biogone representative.
  1. General
  • Biogone reserves the right to amend these terms, the products on sale, the discount tiers, or any other element of the sale at any time without prior notice.
  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Where there is any inconsistency between these EOFY Sale terms and Biogone’s general website terms, these EOFY Sale terms prevail for the duration of the sale window.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any consumer rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
