Shipping

We have two shipping options to choose from:

• Australia Post
• TNT

Your order will normally default to Australia Post which is usually the cheapest option. If you would like a faster service then please choose TNT.

If your shipment is over 22kg or contains bulky items (such as the bubble wrap) then it will be too large for Australia Post and the only option available will be TNT.

Packing & Shipping

We ship all our products with recyclable and landfill-biodegradable materials.

We use newspaper as filler and recycled cardboard boxes where possible to replace non-recyclable material.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Transit times will depend on your location. Please allow 3 – 5 business days from Australia Post and 1 – 2 days to capital cities for TNT.

All TNT shipments are sent with the authority to leave and will be left in a safe place if no one is available to sign for the package.

Why don’t we offer free shipping?

Other companies that offer free shipping simply build the delivery cost into their price, which means overcharging customers as a freight allowance is added per product. The best way to ship an order is to optimize the packing to be as concise as possible when calculating the shipping charge.

We do not add in a nominal shipping cost per item and include it into the item’s sell price. This way we save you from excessive shipping charges.

Can I pick up my order?

If you would like to pick up your order from our Brooklyn location in Melbourne and have no shipping charges at all, then please call or email us with your order details.
