Ideal for prodiuct preentation on the sales shelf. They biodegrade 90% faster in landfills than conventional plastic and are recyclable with soft plastics. Landfill-biodegradable food grade ziplock resealable bags can be recycled with other mainstream soft plastics or disposed of in the general rubbish bin. Once disposed to landfill, biodegradation is accelerated approximately 90%+ faster than conventional plastic ziplock bags, producing an organic matter (a natural fertiliser) and no microplastics. *Note: Biogone ziplock bags can be washed and reused for dry foods and frozen produce as long as they’re in good condition, but shouldn’t be reused after storing meat, fish or eggs, their airtight seal holds under normal conditions, and they’re best cleaned with warm soapy water and air-dried (no dishwasher or microwave).*
